Early February 5, Bau Bang district held a New Year get-together to review activities before, during and after the 2025 Tet holiday.
Reportedly, Bau Bang district successfully organized a series of festivities to celebrate the Party and Lunar New Year in a joyful, safe and economical spirit, ensuring that every household could enjoy the holiday. Through various funding sources, the district distributed 19,635 gift packages worth over VND 14.6 billion to policy beneficiaries, social protection recipients, low-income households, near-poor households, orphans and people with disabilities.
In addition, the district hosted cultural and artistic performances, sports events, ensured public health and food safety without any disease outbreaks or food poisoning incidents. Essential goods were sufficiently supplied and market prices remained stable during the holiday. Meanwhile, political security and social order were firmly maintained and traffic safety was ensured before, during and after Tet.
