Bau Bang district’s Labor Union has planned to bring a warm and joyful Tet to workers, especially those with difficult circumstances…
Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong, Chairwoman of Bau Bang district’s Labor Union said that the district’s Labor Union has been proactive to team up with trade union locals, enterprises to organize a series of activities in celebration of the Party and Lunar New Year 2017 for workers, especially those who are not able to return home for Tet.

Trade Union locals will boost inspection and monitoring over the implementation of policies on salary, bonus and leave for workers on the occasion of Tet. The district’s Labor Union will also coordinate with functional agencies to opportunely deal with workers’ queries on Tet salary and bonus policies…; further organize a program named “Tam ve nghia tinh” (Ticket of sentimental attachment), helping workers surmount difficulties, keep their mind on work and have a long attachment to Binh Duong homeland.
Apart from a program “Enjoying Tet” for workers who are not able to return home for Tet, many significant cultural-art activities like contests on “banh tet”, “banh chung” (traditional glorious rice cakes) making, five-fruit tray arrangement, folk games, lion-dragon and unicorn dance …will take place animatedly at trade union locals in the district. Workers with extremely difficult circumstances will be also given Tet gifts from organizations and individuals.
Together with the district’s Labor Union, Trade Union locals have planned to organize activities in celebration of Tet for workers. They comprise of art performances in celebration of the Party, Lunar New Year, end-year parties…For example, Hua Rui Viet Co.Ltd. at the Bau Bang Industrial Park is expected to organize a lot of activities celebrating Tet for workers, including a contest on “banh chung”, “banh tet” making, a lucky draw program, food booths…
Mrs.Phuong added that the district’s Labor Union has always attached special importance to diversifying activities taking care of workers on Tet. This year, these activities have been implemented by Trade Union locals with all their heart. This will warm the heart of immigrant workers to be able to make more contributions to Binh Duong homeland.
