At the district level alone, resources exceeding 300 million VND have been mobilized for the long-term support of 16 humanitarian addresses. Beyond periodic assistance, associations at all levels have also coordinated the distribution of 43 livelihood packages to individuals, valued at nearly 300 million VND. These contributions transcend mere material gifts; they carry significant long-term implications, empowering individuals with the means to enhance their economic circumstances and pursue sustainable pathways out of poverty.
