For the first stage of selection, local people can choose apartments at 1B zone at the cost of VND 90 to 130 million (VAT not included). So as to make the price accessible to laborers, Becamex IDC has supported all the costs of land-use rights and infra-construction outside.
According to Becamex IDC, to resolve accommodation matters for local people and to ensure social stability, the project of housing for social security shall be expanded to various people in all industries. Because housing for social security is not for commercial purposes, actions should be made to prevent speculation. Thus, buyers should be certified by local authorities before being able to buy the apartments.
