On the afternoon of April 20, provincial People's Council’s supervisory delegation, led by Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial People's Council, had a working session with provincial Department of Education and Training (DoET), Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) about the situation and results of the implementation of policies on attracting and training human resources.
At the working session, leaders of DoET and DoLISA reported on the achieved results as well as difficulties; proposed solutions and recommendations in the implementation of policies on training, developing human resources. Representatives of the two departments also explained the contents set out by the supervisory delegation, such as: restrictions about material facilities at educational institutions; linkage with departments and sectors to organize creative technology activities for students; difficulties in integrated teaching; giving vocational training for rural workers…
Concluding the working session, Mrs. Phuong suggested provincial DoET and DoLISA to be proactive to find solutions to remove difficulties for the units; advise and propose appropriate mechanisms and policies to attract talented people for working. On behalf of the delegation, she acknowledged the opinions and recommendations by the units while saying that for the recommendations under the competence of the departments and sectors, the delegation will work with provincial People's Committee and relevant departments and agencies to have specific answers.
