Among them, there was Ha Van Toan, a staff of Kraft Vina Paper Co.Ltd. who have made 38 technical innovations and initiatives, helping the company save tens of millions of dong in 2013. He said that the company’s directorate has encouraged all staff to carry out technical innovations and initiatives through the emulation movement of “Well-working, creatively-working”, contributing to promoting the company’s production and business activities. This was also a motivation for him to further research and create technical innovations and initiatives.
Or, Nguyen Dinh Trong, Chief of Personnel Department cum Chairman of Trade Union of Long Yi Industrial Vietnam Co.Ltd in My Phuoc 2 IP was also an outstanding laborer honored at the ceremony. As a chairman of the company’s Trade Union, he contributed to building up a harmonious, stable and advanced labor relationship at the company. The company’s Trade Union over time organized many activities taking care of laborers’ legitimate rights and interests.
Le Van Dat, Chairman of Ben Cat-based Ips’Trade Union said that the emulation movement of “Well-working, creatively working” was one of emulation movements promoted by the Standing Committee of the Trade Union. More importantly, it received an enthusiastic response from trade unionists and laborers in the district-based Ips.
Also according to Mr.Dat, since early this year, Ben Cat-based Ips’Trade Union has mapped out a plan to launch the emulation movement of “Well-working, creatively working” among its locals. Based on the real situation, they have been guided how to carry out the emulation movement with each different subject in accordance with the instruction of higher-level Trade Union.
Possibly speaking, emulation movements among laborers at Ben Cat-based Ips have followed hard on production and business activities of enterprises and have been concretized by the emulations of “Well-working, creatively working”, “Learning to improve competence at requirements for integration and development”; “Upholding technical innovations and initiatives”…All have brought practical effects to enterprises’ production and business activities while ensuring stable jobs for laborers, improving their income and living standards.
For their good performance in the emulation movement of “Well-working, creatively working” last year, 1 collective and 4 individuals were awarded the certificates of merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Provincial Labor Confederation also awarded 2 emulation banners and the certificates of merit to 17 collectives and 48 individuals. Other 49 collectives and 78 individuals were awarded the certificates of merit by Ben Cat-based Ips’Trade Union…
