Namely, at the reception area in many communes and wards, drinking water and free wifi are provided, and staff are assigned to enthusiastically guide people when they come to carry out administrative procedures. All procedures are handled quickly by local leaders, without making people wait long.

Meanwhile, Tan Dinh Ward People's Committee has done the program of "Handing out marriage certificates at home of residents". Accordingly, all men and women residing permanently or temporarily in the ward who want to register their marriage for the first time at the ward People's Committee will be given flowers and marriage certificates at their home by the local authorities, reducing travel time.
