On the morning of March 19, Ben Cat city's Industrial Parks (IPs) Trade Union held a conference to review union activities in the first quarter of 2025.
In the first quarter, the Ben Cat Industrial Park Trade Union collaborated with relevant organizations to secure new job opportunities for over 5,000 workers. Additionally, businesses have revised and improved salary scales for their employees. Currently, the average monthly income for workers in the industrial parks is 8 million VND.
During the Lunar New Year of 2025, the Trade Union of Ben Cat Industrial Parks organized several meaningful and practical activities. These included distributing 22,651 gifts to union members and workers facing difficult circumstances, such as those who have suffered from work-related accidents or serious illnesses. They also held the "Tet Reunion - Spring Thanks to the Party" program and arranged buses for union members and workers to return home for the Tet holiday, alongside the "Trade Union Tet Journey - Spring 2025" initiative.
According to the Ben Cat Industrial Park Union, 28 enterprises have constructed housing for staff and workers, providing 4,426 rooms that offer stable accommodation for more than 5,000 employees.
