Ben Cat city’s Party Committee urged to promptly address policies for civil servants

Reporting to the delegation, representatives of Ben Cat city’s Party Standing Committee noted that the city’s Party Standing Committee has actively concretized documents and led the synchronous deployment of solutions to disseminate and implement policies, thereby fostering strong consensus and broad engagement among officials, Party members and the public.

In the process of implementing the Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee and relevant directives from the Government and the province, the awareness and responsibility of officials and Party members, especially those in leadership roles from city to grassroots levels have seen positive changes…

Concluding the working session, Mr. Loc emphasized that in the coming time, Ben Cat city’s Party Committee must accurately assess the current status of the local cadres, civil servants and public employees to propose appropriately staffing and restructuring plans. He also urged the city’s Party Committee to promptly resolve policies and benefits for those affected by the process of restructuring the organizational apparatus and merging localities. Additionally, the locality should digitize the handover of personnel-related records and documents in accordance with regulations.

Regarding preparations for the Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term, Mr. Loc advised Ben Cat city to thoroughly prepare the local Party congress documents to lay a solid foundation for the upcoming term…
