Ben Cat town has always attached special importance to giving vocational training and generating jobs for laborers under the Resolution of the 10th Congress of the local Party Committee for the 2010-2015 tenure on employment generation.
Particularly, the town’s Division of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) teamed up with industrial parks and businesses to introduce jobs for nearly 46,000 laborers. The town’s DoLISA also regularly coordinated with functional agencies to make inspection tours over the implementation of the Labor Code and policies in favor of laborers at town-based firms…, contributing to protecting laborers’ legitimate rights and interests.
In addition, Ben Cat town opened 86 vocational training classes for nearly 2,200 rural laborers so that they could generate jobs by themselves, helping increase income and stabilize their lives.
