On November 21, the Steering Committee for the implementation of social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance (UI) policies in Ben Cat City held a dialogue conference with businesses in the city. Over 100 businesses attended the conference.
At the conference, enterprises were informed of legal regulations on the subjects of contribution, contribution levels, payment methods, and responsibilities of employers and employees to participate in compulsory social insurance and health insurance; sanctions for violations by enterprises; regulations on labor, wages, labor contracts, responsibilities for entering into labor contracts, administrative violations; and regulations on social insurance and health insurance contributions deducted when calculating personal income tax.
Additionally, delegates addressed several unresolved issues related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, personal income tax, and collective labor agreements. After listening to the concerns of businesses, representatives from the relevant agencies in Ben Cat City took note of the feedback and provided direct and satisfactory responses to the issues raised by the business community.
