Ben Cat district’s People’s Committee, on July 23, coordinated with Chanh Phu Hoa ward’s People’s Committee to visit and present gifts to policy beneficiary families and those who rendered great services to the nation on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2014).
In Chanh Phu Hoa ward, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese heroic mothers, including Ho Thi Than in quarter 1B and Nguyen Thi Ao in quarter 2. On this occasion, the delegation presented gifts and cash worth VND1.5mln-VND2mln each to 18 cases.
*The same day, Vo Thanh Giau, Vice-Chairman of Bau Bang district’s People’s Committee together with leaders of Lai Hung commune visited and presented gifts to 15 policy beneficiary families with difficult circumstances in the commune on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2014).
At the visiting places, Mr.Giau extended best regards to policy beneficiary families with difficult circumstances and encouraged them to overcome difficulties and rise up in life. On this occasion, the delegation gave each family a gift worth VND1.5mln.
