Reports at the conference informed that in 2023, the city's emulation and reward works achieved many good results. Emulation movements closely followed the requirements of local socio-economic, national defense and security tasks and goals; promoted the spirit of patriotic emulation, making an important contribution to the city's development results. Last year, the City People's Committee issued 97 decisions to reward and recognize titles for 740 collectives, 3,888 individuals, 103 households and 41 lodging houses’ owners with a total budget of more than 3.2 billion VND; issued a proposal for high-level awards to 6 collectives and 12 individuals...
On this occasion, the Prime Minister presented emulation flags to the collective of Tran Quoc Tuan Primary School - an excellent unit in the emulation movement for the 2022-2023 school year, and awarded certificates of merit to 5 individuals in the work of education and training period 2018-2023 contributing to the cause of building socialism and protecting the Fatherland. The Provincial People's Committee awarded grassroots emulation soldiers and certificates of merit to groups and individuals with achievements in the patriotic emulation movement in 2023.
