On August 18, provincial Sponsoring Society for the Disabled, Orphans and Poor Patients, in collaboration with Tan Uyen district’s Division of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, presented 20 bicycles worth VND1mln each to orphans and offspring of the disabled and poor patients in the district.
The total cost of the donation was sponsored by the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV)’s Binh Duong Branch, Minh Long I Co.Ltd. and some other donors. This activity is regularly carried out by provincial Sponsoring Society for the Disabled, Orphans and Poor Patients.
It is known that early this academic year, provincial Sponsoring Society for the Disabled, Orphans and Poor Patients will mobilize and present 20 bicycles to orphans and disadvantaged children in each district and town of the province. Tan Uyen district is the first locality awarded the donation.
