Whilst, most lighting systems in TDM town were tuned off on Earth Hour. At provincial Youth Center, many youths lighted candles and created the “Earth Hour” symbol by candles. They also used their torches to illuminate a section of the street near to the center, luring the attention of passers-by and reminding them to respond to Earth Hour.
