Binh Duong always takes care of ethnic people’s life

Implementing late President Ho Chi Minh’s testament, the Party and State always pay much attention to ethnic people’s life.

Late President Ho Chi Minh’s testament said that the Party should set out plans to develop economics and culture in a bid to improve people’s life.

In Binh Duong, the ethnic work is always paid much by local Party, authority and mass bodies. At present, the entire province has more than 17,000 minority ethnic people living mainly in 2 districts of Phu Giao and Dau Tieng.

Mixing with local socio-economic development, minority ethnic people’s material and spiritual life in Binh Duong province has been improved significantly. Annually, the provincial administration always issues policies to support for minority ethnic people. The supportive programs such as granting land, building infrastructure facilities, supporting transfer of technical science, improving network of education and healthcare help minority ethnic people in Binh Duong province improve their life and escape poverty and make wealth.

Thanks to assistance of capital and tech-science instruction, Cham ethnic people in Minh Hoa commune, Dau Tieng district focus on developing rubber trees and many economic models. Therefore, their living standard is enhanced remarkably.

Kho Sanh, a Cham ethnic person in Hoa Loc hamlet, Minh Hoa commune shared “In the past, Cham ethnic people in the commune faced many difficulties, owing to shortage of production capital and restriction of tech-science. Over the past years, their life is improved significantly, thanks to great care of the Party and State”.

Along with taking care of economic development, the provincial minority ethnic people’s life is improved remarkably. Activities of culture, religion are paid much attention. Children of minority ethnic families also enjoy supportive policies to improve their study. On holidays, agencies, sectors at all levels hold gift visits to minority ethnic families.    

Lam Hong Quan, the San Chi minority ethnic person in Tam Lap commune, Phu Giao district said that over the past years activities of culture, sport are paid much attention by local authorities. Annually, festivals of San Chi ethnic group attract participation of numerous local residents. These activities contribute to increase solidarity and exchange with minority ethnic community groups.

Through the national goal programs of new rural building, education, healthcare and more, infrastructure facilities in minority ethnic areas across the province are invested strongly, making a great change for minority ethnic people’s life.
