The province's total retail sales of goods and services in July is estimated to increase by 3% over the previous month and by 45.3% over the same period in 2021. Previously, in May 2022, the Provincial People's Committee published a draft resolution stipulating tuition fee for the 2022-2023 school year for public preschool and public general education institutions in the province. Accordingly, the tuition fee suggested was three times higher than that of the 2021-2022 school year. However, while people's lives are affected by the Covid-19 and the high commodity prices, Provincial People's Committee decided not to increase tuition fees and service fees for all education levels in the academic year 2022-2023.
