On the afternoon of October 6, a delegation of Binh Duong province, led by Tran Thi Kim Lan, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of provincial Relief Committee, visited and offered VND1billion to typhoon No.10-hit people in the central province of Quang Binh.
Quang Binh was one of central provinces heavily affected by the typhoon with thousands of houses, lots of assets together with crops destroyed. Some public works were also damaged…
On behalf of the delegation, Mrs.Lan shared difficulties and donated VND1billion to the central province in order to help locals soon improve consequences caused by the typhoon and stabilize their lives.
*Prior to that, on October 6, the delegation also visited and presented 100 relief gifts to people seriously affected by typhoon No.10 in Tuyen Hoa district’s Huong Hoa commune in Quang Binh province. The typhoon destroyed hundreds of houses, 230 hectares of acacia mangium forest …with total loss estimated at more than VND27billion.
Mrs.Lan shared difficulties with people in the commune while offering 100 relief gifts worth VND1million to them, helping them soon improve consequences caused by the typhoon and stabilize their lives.
