On Dec 18, Provincial and Thuan An city Fatherland Front Committees in collaboration with the Southern Electricity Corporation and Binh Duong Electricity Company offered a great solidarity house to Nguyen Thi Thoa and her family living in Binh Giao quarter, Thuan Giao ward, Thuan An city. The house has an area of 80m2 and total construction cost of 80 million VND.
It is known that in 2021 Southern Electricity Corporation and Binh Duong Electricity Company in collaboration with Provincial Fatherland Front Committee built 10 houses to give to disadvantaged households in the province. In addition, the two units supported nearly 4 billion VND to buy medical equipment and supplies for the prevention and treatment of Covid-19 patients in the province; visited and gave gifts to 46 Vietnamese heroic mothers, and many other meaningful and practical activities.
On the same day, the Southern Electricity Corporation, Binh Duong Electricity Company in collaboration with Provincial Front Committee and Education and Training Office of Thuan An City held a ceremony to present 20 tablets, 2,400 notebooks, 1,000 face masks with a total cost of 130 million VND to disadvantaged students in Thuan An city.
