On the morning of August 27, at Becamex Hotel in Binh Duong New City (Thu Dau Mot City), Binh Duong Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control held a meeting to express gratitude and say farewell to the doctors and volunteers' delegation of Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy for supporting Binh Duong in pandemic prevention and control. Attending the meeting were Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Provincial Party Propagation and Education Committee; Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung, Deputy Head of Provincial Party Organizing Committee; and leaders of provincial agencies.
The delegation comprised of 108 members that had come to Binh Duong to assist the treatment of Covid-19 patients at field hospitals and many other activities in the province. The doctors and students of Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy showed their enthusiasm, were not afraid of difficulties, and volunteered to be on the front lines of the fight against the epidemic. They put aside their personal feelings, stayed away from their family, volunteered to go to pandemic-hit areas to contribute to the control of Covid-19.
