Early November 25, a delegation of Binh Duong, led by Nguyen Tan Loc, Vice-Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee (FFC), donated VND200mln from Binh Duong’s Party, government and people to the FFC of the Central Highlands province of Kon Tum to support locals hit by natural disasters.
Lam Duy Nhan, Vice-Chairman of Kon Tum province’s FFC received the fund and thanked the attention and support of Binh Duong’s Party, government and people for locals seriously hit by recent storms.
The same day, the delegation in conjunction with Kon Tum province’s FFC visited and presented 100 gifts worth VND500,000 each to ethnic minority people in Dak Glei district’s Dak Long commune in Kon Tum province.
*As part of relief activities to the central region, Binh Duong province’s FFC and Becamex IDC has jointly presented gifts to those living in flood-affected areas in three provinces of Binh Dinh, Quang Ngai and Quang Nam. Each gift worth VND500,000 includes instant noodle, rice, cooking oil, sugar, seasoning powder and VND200,000 in cash.
The delegation, on November 25, provided relief aid to residents in 6 flood-affected communes in 4 districts and city of Binh Dinh province. The delegation continues supporting those hit by flood in 4 communes of Phu Cat, Phu My districts in the province today, November 26. On the afternoon of the same day, the delegation comes to Quang Ngai province to support flood victims.
