Binh Duong Province is one of the localities of high physical demographic increment. The quantity of children of factory workers and immigrant workers has rapidly increased in recent years.
For the time being, the implementation of project of “Preschool education universalization from 2011 to 2015” of the province has been facing various challenges; however, Binh Duong Provincial education sector has been determined to carry out the project to facilitate schooling of preschool students; especially, students of 5. Recently, the inspecting delegation of Ministry of Education and Training approved preschool education universalization standards of the school students of 5 in 2013.
Determination to work out
As the project was approved by local Provincial People’s Committee, it could be considered as an opportunity for the sector to prepare the best conditions for children to start their Grade 1 across localities of the province.

For the time being, preschool education in the province has been overloaded, prompting the provincial authority to invest over VND 1,300 billion to gain brilliant achievements.

From such efforts, preschool education for students of 5 has actually gained various achievements regarding the requirements for the project. Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Chair of Provincial People’s Committee stressed on high determination of the province taking care of education, especially preschool education.
For the time to come, the province shall take care of live hood of the teaching staffs of preschool education while promoting construction of facilities and intensifying sustainable development steps not for merit but as important issues.
