On the afternoon of April 28, comrade Nguyen Loc Ha, Permanent Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee worked with a delegation from the Central Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization, led by comrade Lai Xuan Mon, Member of the Party Central Committee and Permanent Deputy Head of the Commission. The working session was also attended by comrade Nguyen Minh Thuy, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission; comrade Bui Thanh Nhan, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization along with leaders from provincial departments and agencies.
At the working session, Mr.Nhan reported to the delegation on the results of implementing the Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee implementation of the Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW on several issues regarding the reform of the political system for greater efficiency and the conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat of the 12th term; the Politburo’s Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; the Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW of the 11th Plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee and the Politburo’s Directive No. 45-CT/TW on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress. Provincial Party committees and authorities at all levels have proactively implemented these policies, closely monitoring the situation, following hard on the orientations of the Government and provincial Party Committee. They have demonstrated strong leadership and direction to ensure serious, synchronized and effective implementation of assigned tasks and solutions. This has included a dual focus on promoting socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and the political system while rigorously, urgently, methodically and scientifically restructuring the organizational apparatus within the province as well as fulfilling tasks assigned by the Government.
During the working session, delegates focused on discussing and exchanging views on topics related to communication work and grasping social opinions. Additionally, Binh Duong proposed and recommended the Government to promptly issue policies to address the regimes for part-time officials and to focus on resolving institutional bottlenecks, particularly by promoting the management and administration of the society in a digital environment.
Speaking at the working session, comrade Lai Xuan Mon acknowledged and highly praised Binh Duong’s determined and timely implementation of the central directives, resolutions and policies on schedule. Notably, the province promptly issued specific implementation plans, organized thorough training & dissemination sessions and seriously implemented central resolutions, especially in the execution of the Resolution No.18-NQ/TW, the Resolution No.60-NQ/TW, the Resolution No.57-NQ/TW and the Directive No.45-CT/TW. These efforts have significantly contributed to enhancing communication effectiveness, mobilizing public support, creating a high degree of consensus and unity among cadres, Party members, public employees, workers and people. Comrade Lai Xuan Mon requested the province to strengthen communication efforts, grasp public opinions, proactively anticipate difficulties to promptly address them while acknowledging and taking note of the province's proposals and recommendations to report them to the Government.
