The move won a hi-unity from local residents, so site clearance and compensation were completed after 6 years of launching.

Right from the launching time of the project, Becamex IDC planned to help the affected people enjoy stable jobs. Specifically, the company has offered free training courses for the affected laborers since June, 2006. So far, hundreds of beneficiaries have enjoyed stable jobs at foreign and local companies and even at the complex.
Together with the launching of the project, investor Becamex IDC has built resettlement areas to offer stable accommodation for the affected people. The resettlement areas have been so far completed with welfare works of schools, hospitals, parks and so on. The affected residents said that the development of the complex has brought new business modes for them. Nguyen Van Hiep in Phu Chanh resettlement area said that he escaped a hard farming job and now enjoys a firm job right at his homeland.
Huynh Van Minh and his wife spent a sum of VND500mil from compensation in building over 20 boarding rooms and now the couple has enjoyed tens of millions of VND every month. Their present monthly income is equal to their earnings for a year in the past time. Their joy has surged along when their children have enjoyed stable jobs at local companies.
Meanwhile, Nguyen Van Phuoc after receiving a compensation of VND600mil purchased a truck to start a new job and now he has enjoyed a comfortable life.
In the years to come, the complex will be a crucial source for Binh Duong’s sustainable development in the process of building the locality into an urban area class 2 and 1st class city. The complex will play an important role in linking Becamex Trade Center with VSIP Trade Area to create a breakthrough for a city of the future. Along with industrial urban areas in Thuan An, Di An, Tan Uyen, Ben Cat and so on, the complex will be a bright point for a dynamic economic zone right in the Southern key economic zone.
Besides, the complex will be an attractive destination for investors, making the most advanced technological race for industrial production, urban building, and service development and among others. A socialization move will boom to bear universities, vocational centers, hospitals, supermarkets, banks and ect.
The complex will be soon a very crucial center for the local modernization and industrialization, bringing profits for local people. It is a target that local party committee and people have high expectations.
