Early May 10, provincial Labor Union held a launching ceremony for the Workers’ Month 2025 and the “Creative Labor Festival – Binh Duong Workers Pioneering into a New Era” at provincial Labor Cultural Center. The event was attended by Bui Thanh Nhan, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; leaders of provincial Labor Union, departments, agencies and trade union officials at all levels in the province.

The Workers’ Month 2025 is held in conjunction with the “Creative Labor Festival” to promote the patriotic emulation spirit and honor skilled, innovative workers who constantly strive to renew themselves and contribute to the sustainable development of the province. This is also an opportunity to commend and celebrate exemplary collectives and individuals who have introduced innovations, applied new technologies and improved productivity and quality in the production process.
In his speech at the event, Mr. Nhan emphasized that for the Workers’ Month and the creative labor movement to continue spreading, deepen their impact and yield practical results, provincial Labor Union’s Standing Committee should further direct trade unions at all levels to strengthen communication and raise awareness of the role of innovation and creativity in the digital age.
He also called for continued innovation in organizing emulation movements tailored to the specific realities of each sector and enterprise, thereby creating conditions for all workers to participate, contribute ideas and receive support to realize their initiatives. In addition, he urged greater coordination between trade unions and businesses to build a safe, professional and creative working environment, thereby fostering a “culture of innovation” in every factory, workshop and workplace. Local authorities are expected to continue facilitating supportive mechanisms and policies that sustain the development of creative emulation movements while also supporting trade unions in identifying, connecting, training and honoring outstanding innovators…
On this occasion, provincial Labor Union presented gifts to 100 workers with difficult circumstances and honored 100 outstanding workers who have constantly innovated and contributed to the sustainable development of the province.
