Upline medical units need to prepare mobile medical teams ready to support lower levels when required; at the same time, emergency duty is ready to collect treatment with plans to handle a large number of patients with review and supplemented sources of medicine, infusion fluids and medical supplies to reserve for disease prevention, especially diarrhea and dengue fever in the hot season.
Currently, the provincial health sector is coordinating with related units to promote communication to people on measures to ensure health and prevent heatstroke, to keep hydrated when working outdoors in the peak heat of the days, to ensure hygienic eating and drinking, to train people on how to handle on the spot initially for cases of heatstroke. The Department of Health also suggested that localities with many industrial parks and many workers regularly organize checks on conditions to ensure health, food safety and drinking water in industrial parks, especially in areas of plentiful industrial parks of hazardous labor.
