Binh Duong attracts medical human resources and provides the highest support of VND 600 million for doctors to work in the province
Accordingly, those who are to the province to work with doctorates, level 2 specialists, and residents will receive a direct support of VND 600 million; Master's degree, level I specialist doctor VND 500 million; general practitioner, orthodontist, graduating with excellent grade or higher VND 450 million, graduating with good grade VND 420 million, graduating with average or above average grade VND 400 million; Bachelor's degree, engineer majoring in medical equipment maintenance or biomedical engineering physics (specializing in medical equipment maintenance) VND 50 million. People with medical expertise, when getting to Binh Duong Medical College, are entitled to the attraction allowances of VND 600 million for doctor and major lecturer, VND 550 million for doctor, VND 500 million for level 2 specialist, resident doctor, and VND 450 million for level 1 master and specialist.
Currently, the province is implementing two forms of attracting high-quality medical human resources by directly inviting and receiving cadres and civil servants from outside the province, and recruiting according to requirements for working positions and according to borderline quota. Those who are to be employed and enjoy the allowances must pass the examination of the Selection Council established by the Department of Health of Binh Duong province before being officially recruited. In particular, general practitioners, oral and maxillofacial doctors and doctors with postgraduate qualifications must have graduated from the regular medical system for 6 years and from universities of Medicine University of Hanoi, Medicine and Pharmacy University of Ho Chi Minh city, Hue Medicine and Pharmacy, Can Tho Medicine, and Pham Ngoc Thach Medicine has just graduated or has worked continuously at public health facilities with hospital beds and has been assigned a job position of a treating doctor.
In addition to the implementation of Resolution No. 05/2019/NQ-HDND of the provincial People's Council, the Department of Health is expected to propose salary promotion for public healthcare with an initial salary 3 times higher than the base salary in region 1, which is from VND 4,680,000 a person a month to VND 14,040,000 a person a month for the doctor title; nurses, doctors, and pharmacists at grassroots health levels, the initial salary would be 1.5-2 times higher than the basic salary in region 1.
