All types of passenger transport by taxi are allowed to operate. However, the case of going to/pro provinces and cities in the group of risk is only allowed when carrying emergency patients, accidents, maternity ... to/pro the hospital.
Regarding the carriage of passengers in parallel, it is allowed to operate in service of transporting passengers up to 1 trip/route/ day; for 3 passenger river crossings including Ba Mieu ferry, Hieu Liem wharf and Bach Dang ferry, continue to follow the separate guidance of Department of Transport.
