To mark International Environment Day on June 5, Binh Duong Provincial Authority is expected to hold green Sunday on May 27 in the first ever playing ground for all public levels in a bid of actions for a clean and green world.

People are exchanging wastes for presents to promote collection of wastes Under the theme of “Green Economy: Does it include you?”, the year has been open to green and lean production technology. Sectors have maintained communication to enhance awareness on environment protection of local people.Aiming at such targets, Provincial Youth League, Department of Education and Training, and Green Generation Network have co-sponsored Department of Natural Resources and Environment to organize Green Sunday at the venue of Thanh Le Cultural Park on May 27.Preparing for the so-called festival, the department and its grassroots have intensified communication with all-level public. Beyond from mass media communication, banners, posters, hats, t-shirts, and handbags have been issued to attract more and more participants. Besides, the organizer also offers 20 recyclable and non-recyclable dust-bins to educate trash classification.It is expected that about 1,000 people will be mobilized from universities, colleges, secondary schools, and local public community to participate into activities upholding environment-friendly materials and behaviors.In the meantime, Binh Duong Water Supply Sewerage Environment Co.
