In 20 years, social insurance and medical insurance have been consolidated to match national economy, helping enterprises and working people to maintain stable lives in a society of sustainable social welfare.

Binh Duong Social Insurance concluded a year by its best management of finance and disbursement to pension plans, social insurance allowances, lay-off insurance, health-care services in enterprises, medical insuranace. The processing was conducted under the motto of fast, accuracy and completeness.

To timely adopt the changes of procedures and policies, local divisions of social and medical insurance have organized training courses for local establishments. Through the training courses, representatives of social insurance agencies carry out dialogue and direct exchanges with enterprises regarding the drawbacks and challenges to timely remove the barriers and assure benefits for working people under social and medical insurance.
In correspondence activities, the contacts are made through emails and telephones to minimize errors before submitting statements and payments for working people. Aside from coordination of units, Social Insurance agency has also been helped by other departments and sectors to implement law regulations on social and medical insurance and timely remedies of risks.
To expand beneficiaries
Binh Duong Provincial Social Insurance has made reforms to consolidate decisions and policies of the Party and the State. In 20 years of social and medical insurance implementation, benefits have been balanced among working people and enterprises. Following the the pathway, Binh Duong Social Insurance keeps on expanding beneficiaries of social and medical insurance in all economic components and the working people to be treated equally in terms of participation and benefits.
By the end of 2014, Social Insurance of the province has managed nearly 6,400 establishments of 770,000 working people of compulsory social and medical insurance, accounting for 65% of working forces with participation ratio of 65% for FDI sector, 25% for private enterprises, and 10% for State’s agencies and professional units.
Social insurance participants grow in quantity of averagely 50,000 year on year for social insurance and over 100,000 for medical insurance.
It is projected that by 2015, 70% of working people in the province would join social insurance 65% would join unemployment insurance, and over 75% would join medical insurance so that the 2020 about 75% of working people in the province would join social insurance 70% would join unemployment insurance and medical insurance for the whole population. For years, Binh Duong Provincial Insurance has been highlighted as the best attraction of social and medical insurance.
