On the afternoon of June 14, Binh Duong provincial Party Committee of provincial agencies kicks up the contest of excellent CPV cell secretaries in 2024 to include 75 contestants who are secretaries, deputies, and secretaries-to-be, deputy secretaries-to-be members from 46 CPV cells and committees under the Binh Duong provincial Party Committee of provincial agencies.
The contest includes knowledge, skills, and professional duties of the party branch secretary in the work of CPV building. In terms of the format, the teams will go through a preliminary round with two parts of a multiple-choice knowledge test and a written section for expressing thoughts and proposing solutions (in up to 1,000 words) on solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of CPV activities at the branch levels.
According to the results of the preliminary round, the Organizing Committee will select the top 20 contestants for the final round, who will demonstrate their skills in two areas of presenting solutions and proposals mentioned in the preliminary round (within 10 minutes and handling situations related to the leadership, management, and operation of the CPV branch secretary (within 5 minutes).
In her opening statement, Mrs. Tran Cam Hong, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, said that the competition is an important political activity throughout the CPV's Block and an opportunity for members and branch secretaries to continue studying and researching the resolutions to enhance experience in handling situations in practical guidance and management of branch activities, to enhance exchange and learning about the CPV construction, contributing to improving the level, capacity, and training of leadership and management skills in grassroots.
After the opening ceremony, the contestants entered the multiple-choice round.
