Maintaining security at 60 communes in rural areas accounting for 70% of land area and 60% of provincial population, Binh Duong Provincial Public Security stays focus on developing its communal force.
Buiding plans are subject to ordinance and legal documents of involved government agencies to ensure quantity and quality of participants.
Training leading staff is also maintained for communal police chiefs who contribute greatly to resolution of cases legally. And emerged cases have duly been reported to higher level and won the heart of local people. Those leaders are also offered with allowances and bonus. As for facilities, offices have been built to ensure document management and public relation regarding paper work.
With the help of Provincial Public Security, police force in districts and towns have been directed to periodically meet up with communal forces to see through obstacles and offer measures to resolve.
As for political education, all forces are attending movement of “learning and following Ho Cho Minh moral examples”.
So as to build up strong forces in communes, tasks have been proposed including frequent investigation to suppress crimes, recruitment of active contributors, better paying policies with awards and bonuses.
