Accordingly, the coordination program aims to strengthen the propaganda of the CPV and State's undertakings and foreign policies and international cooperations. In addition, the cooperation program aims to maintain and organize exchanges along with volunteering and cultural exchange activities with young people and foreign students who are studying, working and living in Binh Duong, training and retraining to improve international working skills and professionalism, promoting the learning movement, and improving foreign language skills for Youth Union officials and members.
On the other hand, the program also contributes to the active coordination and support in welcoming international diplomatic delegations to exchange and study, to exchange experiences of international cooperation forums organized by the Central Union and the province.
