The station now has more than 300 staff, two thirds of whom are correspondents and editors. Over the past time, the station was proactive to surmount difficulties with financial self-control, technical infrastructure investment and production expansion towards a multimedia unit that have 9 channels and 120 programs at people’s diversified demand. It effectively realized a task of propagandizing and mobilizing people to obey the Party’s policies and State’s laws while popularizing the image of Binh Duong…
Address the ceremony, Mr.Tran Thanh Liem praised the station for its achievements during the past 40 years while asking for leaders of the station to follow hard central and provincial policies; opportunely reflect the local socio-economic development and improve the quality of programs. The station also needs to focus on enhancing its staff’ qualification to better meet entrusted tasks.
On this occasion, the station was awarded the certificates of merit of the Central Commission for Propaganda and Education, the laudatory writings of provincial People’s Committee and Vietnam Television Station, the memento of “For the cause of “Vietnam Television Station”. Provincial People’s Committee also awarded the certificates of merit to 4 collectives and 23 individuals having contributions to the station.
