Early October 8, a
delegation from Binh Duong, led by provincial Fatherland Front Committee
Chairman Pham Van Canh, arrived in Nghe An, one of the four central provinces
affected by Wutip, the tenth storm hitting Vietnam this year. 
At the visiting place, the delegation visited and presented gifts as relief aid to people in Hoang Mai town, where was seriously affected by Wutip. And the delegation also came to Quynh Vinh commune where was hardest hit by the typhoon in Hoang Mai town. Herein, the delegation encouraged and presented VND50mln plus 100 boxes of instant noodle to 100 households with the most difficult circumstance. The delegation’s total money in relief aid to Nghe An province was VND400mln. Thanh Le Import-Export Trading Company also donated 750 boxes of instant noodle to victims of Wutip in Hoang Mai town.
Dinh Viet Hong, Vice-Chairman of Nghe An provincial People’s Committee thanked the delegation for the visit. He also said that Wutip typhoon left 10 people dead, 16 injured, 1 missing and flooded tens of thousands of houses with total damages estimated at around VND1.3trillion. Of these, Hoang Mai town was suffered most with around VND800bln.
