Binh Duong shines through race routes

During the first two stages of the International Women's Cycling Race Biwase Tour of Viet Nam 2025, nearly 300 cyclists at home and abroad have passed through most districts and cities along Binh Duong’s stunning roads. Everywhere the race traveled, riders were met with warm hospitality and enthusiastic cheers from the local people.

Every year, top female cyclists from Vietnam and around the world gather in Binh Duong to compete in a tournament recognized by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) as part of its official racing system. Some riders are newcomers to the event while others have raced many times on the familiar roads of Binh Duong. However, each year brings fresh elements, offering exciting and memorable experiences for these determined women on the track.

Cyclists sprint to the finish line in Thu Dau Mot city during the second stage of the race

"This is my second time competing in Binh Duong for the Biwase Binh Duong team. Although I am quite familiar with this place, each visit brings new experiences. My teammates and the local spectators are incredibly passionate. Their enthusiasm is a great source of motivation for female cyclists competing on Binh Duong’s beautiful roads", said Russian cyclist Natalia Frolova, who races for Biwase Binh Duong.

Ben Cat city is a locality that the race passed through twice in the first and second stages of the tournament

Although the race follows familiar routes through Bau Bang district, Thu Dau Mot city, Ben Cat city, Thuan An city, Tan Uyen city and the Binh Duong New City center, the host’s dedication and meticulous organization have pushed female cyclists to give more than 100% of their effort. Notably, the strong performances of teams from Singapore and Mongolia after the first two stages highlight the intense competition in this prestigious tournament, which has built its reputation over 15 years.

Female cyclists receive enthusiastic support from fans

Binh Duong is always seen as a friendly and hospitable destination in the eyes of international friends. This is exactly what cyclists from France, Iran, Uzbekistan, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Mongolia, and Taiwan (China) have experienced. That is the intangible value, the communication value that is very difficult to reach overnight.

The third stage of the International Women's Cycling Race Biwase Tour of Viet Nam 2025 was held on the morning of March 9, covering a challenging 120 km route from Dong Nai province’s Thong Nhat district to Lam Dong province’s Bao Loc city. This stage posed a major test for female cyclists as they had to conquer two consecutive mountain passes, namely Chuoi and Bao Loc. In this tough race, Russian cyclist Natalia Frolova  from Biwase Binh Duong delivered an outstanding performance, securing both the yellow jersey and the red polka dot jersey after the third stage of the tournament.
