On September 20, provincial Fatherland Front Committee reported that from September 10 to 19, 2024, through fundraising efforts, provincial Relief Mobilization Committee received over VND42.523 from agencies, units, businesses, organizations and individuals to support those affected by Yagi typhoon in the northern provinces.
In order to promptly assist those affected by Yagi typhoon in the northern provinces in overcoming difficulties and stabilizing their lives, and to ensure that the support is directed to the right purposes, beneficiaries and requirements, Binh Duong province has provided the second round of assistance to 8 provinces with a total amount of VND 13.7 billion. Particularly, provincial delegation visited and donated VND 10 billion to Lao Cai province and VND 3 billion to Cao Bang province...The total amount of support Binh Duong has provided to these provinces over two rounds was VND 23.7 billion.
With the spirit of transparency and openness, provincial Relief Committee is continuing updating and will announce a statement detailing the transfer lists and direct cash donations from various organizations and individuals to provincial Fatherland Front Committee via the mass media.
