Representative of Binh Duong’s relief delegation donates a symbolic cheque worth VND1billion to people hit by typhoon No.10 in central Ha Tinh province
Representative of Ha Tinh provincial FFC said that the typhoon destroyed nearly 95,000 houses; 250 kilometers of power lines; 87 transformer stations; nearly 250 warehouses, workshops, trade centers, schools…Especially, nearly 800 hectares of rice and 1,700 hectares of crops were damaged. Nearly 950 hectares of fruit trees and more than 3,000 hectare of aquaculture were submerged. Total loss in the province was estimated at more than VND6.61trillion.
On behalf of the delegation, Mrs.Lan shared difficulties and donated VND1billion as relief aid to the central province in order to improve consequences caused by the typhoon and support locals to soon stabilize their lives.
The delegation also directly visited and presented 200 relief gifts worth VND1million to people in Loc Ha and Ky Anh districts where were seriously affected by the typhoon.
