Mai Hung Dung, the member of Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee and permanent Deputy Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee has just chaired a conference listening to reports of Department of Foreign Affairs regarding the preparation for organization of events in 2018 of World Technopolis Association (WTA) in Binh Duong.
Accordingly, the events should be kicked started in Binh Duong Province by WTA walking through the 11th session of WTA, high-tech fair, and global innovation forum 2018. To be prepared for the mentioned events, on March 12, at Provincial Administrative Center shall be a memorandum signing ceremony for the organization of events of WTA in 2018 by and between WTA, Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee, and Daejeon City of Korea. On the occasion, Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee issues the first patch of investment registration certificates for 18 projects. Becamex IDC and Far Eastern are expected to sign land lease for expansion of Bau Bang Industrial Park in Bau Bang District.
Concluding the session, Mai Hung Dung basically agreed upon the events while asking for consultancy for establishment of organization board with specific assignments for the success of the up-coming events.
WTA was established in 1998 in Daejeon city of Korea to work as a multi-lateral agent to connect and assist technological and scientific advancement in less-developed areas as well as bilateral and multi-lateral exchanges for prosperity of humankind by technological and scientific advancement. Currently, WTA has 105 members of 47 nations and territories in the world. Joining WTA shall help nations to exchange human resources, information, and technologies.
