On March 5, the Provincial Women's Union held a conference in Thanh Tuyen commune, Dau Tieng district, to launch the emulation movement titled "Binh Duong Women: Healthy, Knowledgeable, Creative, and Responsible." The conference also aimed to promote the implementation of Project 02, which focuses on mass mobilization efforts to contribute to building a cultural and civilized lifestyle in Binh Duong province.
At the conference, Ms. Huynh Thi Thuy Phuong, the Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union, announced a competition themed "Binh Duong Women: Healthy and Knowledgeable, Ready for a New Era of National Advancement." She also introduced Project 02, which focuses on mass mobilization efforts aimed at fostering a cultural and civilized lifestyle in Binh Duong province by 2025, with the theme "Binh Duong Women Act for a Civilized City." At the conference, the Provincial Women's Union awarded 95 accident insurance cards to cadres, union branches, and members having difficult circumstances in Dau Tieng district.
l On the same afternoon, the Provincial Military Command held a meeting to celebrate the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8), the 1985 anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising and the 32nd anniversary of Traditional Day of Women in the Army and Women's Committee of the Army.
During the meeting, Women's Union of Provincial Military Command reflected on the significance of International Women's Day, contributions of Vietnamese women, and traditions of Women's Union. They also reported on their notable achievements in fulfilling their responsibilities and in strengthening the organization. Over the past year, the union's work and women's movement have been closely carried out and achieved practical results. Their organizations continuously innovate content and operational methods to align closely with practical tasks of the agencies and units, while also meeting aspirations of their members.
On this occasion, the Provincial Military Command launched a special emulation campaign among unions with the theme "Women in the provincial armed forces are dynamic, creative, build strong organizations, actively participate in Party building, build strong and comprehensive agencies and units". The competition runs from March 8 to October 8.
