Cao Xuan Tin, Permanent Vice-Chairman of Tuyen Hoa district’s People’s Committee said that recent torrential rain and floods left at least two dead and 30 injured. More than 10,000 households were flooded with total losses estimated at more than VND500billion. In Chau Hoa commune, 1,357 households were isolated. So far, nearly 100 delegations visited, supported gifts and money for the district.
Speaking at the gifts-giving ceremony, Pham Huy Hoang, Chairman of Chau Hoa communal People’s Committee said that the local government will pay attention to vaccination against diseases among locals as well as properly realizing a commitment of developing these breeding cows, contributing to the local hunger eradication and poverty reduction.
