The provincial library has transferred books to 2 book coffee shops of this company with 500 titles of literature, history, life skills, socio-politics, children's books ... The provincial institute also instructed employees at 86 book coffee shops to serve the readers, display and preservation of books. 3 months, the provincial library will change the titles once to meet the needs of readers.
