The movement of “Tet for the poor and Agent Orange victims” has been implemeted by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society for more than 20 years. Since mid-November, 2019, provincial Red Cross Society has coordinated with relevant sectors, departments to implement the movement of “Tet for the poor and Agent Orange victims” 2020.
