Launching Resolution of Party Central Committee's 9th session in term XI about building Vietnamese culture and people, the provincial party committee for corporate bloc sets out concrete plans for building and developing Vietnamese culture and people, meeting requirements of the national sustainable development through many detailed measures of building cultural environment at enterprises, building harmonic, stable and advanced labor relations and more.

Tran Van Men, vice secretary of the provincial party committee for corporate bloc said that on the provincial party committee’s action plan No.88-CTHĐ/TU on implementing the Resolution of Party Central Committee's 9th session in term XI about building Vietnamese culture and people to meet developing demand of the country, the provincial party committee for corporate bloc mapped out detailed plans. Accordingly, the Resolution’s goals are to help units, enterprises, cadres, party members and laborers grasp the Party organization’s contents, overviews, mottos on building and developing Vietnamese people and culture to meet developing demand of the country; consider culture as the society’s spiritual foundation, goal and impetus of the national development.
Through these goals, they will help create unity on will and action, contributing to fight against wrong overviews and behaviours. As for cultural building, the most important thing is to make up moral people with basic characters of patriotism, charity, honesty, unity, studiousness, creation and so on.
According to Men, with its characters, the bloc will spur the work on cultural environment building at enterprises and harmonic, stable and advanced labor relation building in attachment to building cultural industrial parks, compounds, lodging areas in a bid to ensure laborers’ rights of enjoying cultural activities; to educate, foster and develop industrial cultural and civilization at industrial parks and compounds; to expand models of “cultural boarding house areas”, “club for lodging houses’ proprietors” and more.
The Resolution’s launching plan is also to build and improve operational quality of cultural institutes at industrial parks and compounds, gradually improve and enhance laborers’ cultural life. Besides, the bloc will spur dissemination and mobilization among enterprises to build and develop culture in business.
Corporate culture is entire cultural values built up during the existence and development of enterprises, becoming the core values, perceptions, behavioral conventions, moral standards and further more being the own precious cultural traditions of each enterprise.
Corporate culture dominates emotions, thoughts and behaviors of members in enterprises in promoting to pursue and implement the objectives of the enterprise. Corporate culture is vitally important for any enterprise in the current era, becomes intangible asset of every enterprise.
After 15 years of carrying out Resolution of Party Central Committee's 5th session in term VIII on “building an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity”, we can realize that cultural achievements has not matched local economic development. Especially, for laborers, owing to shortage of playgrounds and cultural activities, relaxation time plus poor care for cultural life from some enterprises, workforce’s demand on cultural enjoyment has not been met.
Men added that according to the provincial party committee’s action plan No.88, 100% of districts, towns and city will till 2020 invest perfectly in cultural and sport works. Annually, there will be more than 96% of families winning the “cultural family” title, 80% of quarters of the “cultural quarter” title, over 60% of hamlets of “cultural hamlet” title, over 50% of boarding house areas of the “cultural lodging area” title and 80% of “cultural enterprise” title.
Men stressed that in order to excel the Resolution, the bloc sets out measures in conformity with its characters. Specifically, the bloc’s party cells will strengthen dissemination and improvement of awareness on position, role of cultural construction and development cause among party members, cadres and laborers.
Especially, the bloc will focus on mobilizing units and enterprises top build cultural institutes for laborers, forming up funds of learning promotion and steering trade union at all levels to make up a harmonic, stable and advanced relation at enterprises.
