Along with the whole country, in the morning of Sep 5, all schools in Binh Duong province organized their festival to welcome the opening day of the new school year 2016- 2017.
* Morning Sep 5, Bau Bang High School (Bau Bang District) organized New school year opening festival (2016-2017). In the 2016-2017 academic year, with the theme "Innovation in essence, improvement in effectiveness" and the motto "Responsibility-Dynamic-Creativity" and slogan "All for dear students", teachers and students of the school continue to carry out seriously, flexibly, innovatively all programs to improve the quality of educational activities.
On this occasion, provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented 10 scholarships to poor students. Each student received a scholarship worth VND2 million. In addition, Sacombank - Bau Bang branch also donated 10 scholarships worth VND1 million and backpack each to students.
After the opening ceremony, the delegation led by Mr. Tran Van Nam also visited, gave gifts for three Vietnamese heroic mothers in Lai Hung, Bau Bang District. Each mother was given 1 savings book worth VND10 million and other meaningful gifts of Provincial and Bau Bang district Party Committee. At the visit, Mr. Tran Van Nam paid compliments to mothers. He hoped that mothers would to live long and healthily so that the younger generation could express their deep gratitude. He asked the local government to further take care of mothers and policy families.
* At Trinh Hoai Duc High School (Thuan An Town), numerous teachers and students were present very early to celebrate the new school year. Attending were Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of PPC.
In the last school year, thanks to the determination and efforts of all teachers and students, the school gained good results, namely, the rate of excellent students with good behaviors increased. Excellent student rate increase 10.2%, many students won prizes, above 81% students admitted to universities.

In the 2016-2017 academic year, the school has 315 new 10th-grade students, increasing the total number of students by 932. This year, the school will continue to focus on the project of high quality high school. The school will also help students to choose suitable subjects based on student’s learning capacity, increase extracurricular activities; improve educational quality; strive to reach 90% students admitted to universities and colleges; implement English training program under the scheme "Improve the quality of English teaching and learning in schools”. On this occasion, the school rewarded 22 students admitted to universities with high scores in 2016.

On this occasion, Phuoc Hoa High School commended students for high scores in the national high school graduation exam in 2015-2016 academic year, 4 province-level students, 1 excellent teacher in the last school year, and one 10th-grade student achieving with the highest point at the entrance exam in the school year 2016-2017. In addition, Phu Giao District Sacombank awarded 10 scholarships worth VND1 million each.

* Morning Sep 5, Di An High School teachers and students (Di An Town) held a festival of new school year opening and level-2 standardized school recognition. Di An High School has been the 2nd high school in the province reaching this standard. This result was the continuous efforts of all school. According to provincial Department of Education – Training, the school satisfied 5/5 standards, 33/36 criteria in 5 standards (91.67%) and 105/108 quality index (97.22%).
In recent years, educational quality of this school has been maintained, particularly in the 2015-2016 school year, Di An High School got 100% high school graduation, 87.46% students admitted to universities.
* Along with high schools in the province, in the morning of Sep 5, Que Huong pre-, elementary-, secondary-school held the new school year opening. In this new school year, the school has 200 preschool and 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th-grade pupils.

Thanh Tuyen High School currently has 93 teachers and 1,310 students of 6th to 12th-grades.
