A representative of provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment said that over the past time, the department coordinated with functional agencies and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to organize the rotation for cadres and civil servants in accordance with regulations. The rotation aimed to help the sector’s cadres and civil servants further uphold their creativity as well as getting more knowledge and experience in professional work while reducing the risk of corruption, negativeness in this field.
It is known that the change of working positions of cadres, civil servants in this sector ensured objectivity, rationality, conformity with their expertise and did not affect the normal operation of the divisions and units. This was carried out under the plan and made public, contributing to creating a transparent, friendly and close-to-people public service model on natural resources and environment.
