On Sept. 12, the central inspection delegation of corruption control led by Uong Chu Luu, vice chairman of the National Assembly cum vice head of the central steering board of corruption control paid an inspection visit to Binh Duong provincial Social Insurance.
Binh Duong now has nearly 1.3 million health insurance participants, accounting for about 72% of the whole province's population.
At present, the provincial Social Insurance has managed more than 7,421 enterprises and units with more than 700,000 people involving in social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance.
Over the past years, the provincial Social Insurance focuses on launching measures of corruption control in a bid to actively minimize corruption behaviors. The work on administration reform is also paid attention by the social insurance.
At the inspection session, the National Assembly vice chairman Uong Chu Luu highly appreciated efforts of the provincial Social Insurance and noted that leaders of the provincial Social Insurance should spur inspection and cooperation with relevant units to well implement the work on corruption control.
Also the same day, the National Assembly vice chairman Uong Chu Luu paid a visit to Binh Duong New City, the provincial Integrated Administration Center. The provincial party committee secretary Mai The Trung received and introduced to the provincial Integrated Administration Center, the open administration area, center for convention and exhibition and more to the delegation.
The National Assembly vice chairman Uong Chu Luu highly appreciated modernity and convenience of the provincial Integrated Administration Center in particular and Binh Duong New City in general.
