road.About 9km away from the hub of Minh Hoa commune, Hoa Loc hamlet is home to many Cham ethnic people living into a village, called Cham village. Cham village people have lived on rubber tree. Nguyen Huu Tai, head of Hoa Loc hamlet steering board said that Cham village now has 95 households with 351 residents. According to a survey on poor household in late 2012, the village had only one poor household and 3 sub-poor ones.People herein have always obeyed the Party and State’s policies and laws. In terms of political security, social safety and order, people herein always implement well. Over years, Dau Tieng district has expanded traffic network to remote areas and turned movement of rural road making into a big instruction, so the district has spurred to mobilize people to involve in the movement. Typically, 92 households in team 5, Hoa Loc hamlet voluntarily donated their land to make rural traffic roads. Possibly speaking, local people’s donation of land and orchard to make rural roads is a good example for other localities. Chau Xa Mang, 76, who donated about 4,000sqm of land, joyfully said “We are very happy to enjoy a wide road, so I am ready to chop tens of rubber trees for the movement”. To expand Dau Bo road, 92 local households donated hundreds of meters of land. With the donation of land, this road will have 2 lanes with the width of 15 meters. Under the instruction, this road will be upgraded and asphalted with the total length of 1.1km.Do Minh Hieu, director of the district center for land fund development, said Cham village people donated land without requirements of interests.
