Huynh Hai Dang, Vice-Chairman of Minh Hoa communal People’s Committee said that the commune’s public investment in the first half of 2019 was fulfilled basically under the plan.
For the rest of the year, the commune will continue making efforts in well realizing the movement of making rural roads under the motto of “the State and people work together”. The commune will build a yard and a toilet at its cultural center; upgrade the way to the center with total cost of VND605million.
The communal People’s Committee is preparing documents for investment of 4 traffic works in 2020. So far, the communal People’s Committee has suggested the district’s People’s Committee to consider and apportion expenditure for construction of the commune’s coach station of around 2 hectares under Minh Thanh rubber plantation while providing the commune with expenditure to upgrade Minh Hoa market, the hall of the commune’s cultural center, the embankment of Giap Minh stream with around 3.5km for water drainage of the center of the commune to prevent flooding in the rainy season and build the spillway dam of Hoa Phu hamlet to serve the local people’s agricultural production and animal husbandry…
