From the beginning of the year, the Agriculture-Forestry-Aquaculture Quality Control of the province has made inspection and checks-up on 20 agriculture-forestry-aquaculture producers, taking 214 samples for analysis and evaluation of food safety.
The analysis found that chemical residue was acclaimed for 5-6%. For meat samples, no borax was found; however, the banned chemicals of salbutamol and benzoic acids exceeded the tolerance. As for dried seafood, the commodity origin is not clear and the use of triclofon preservative shows no declination.
